Don’t want mail from a sender?

We’ll help remove your household from future DirectSnail campaigns sent by that merchant. You do not need a Shopify account.

Send an opt-out request

To match the right household and sender without exposing anyone’s information, email us the details printed on your postcard.

    Include the full mailing address.
    Enter it exactly as it appears in the address block, including any apartment or unit.
  2. 2
    Name the sender.
    Include the merchant or brand shown on the postcard or in its return address.
  3. 3
    We’ll suppress the household.
    Once matched, the address is excluded before that merchant’s future campaign counts and charges are calculated.

Your request is not marketing data. We use the information only to identify and suppress the household. DirectSnail does not sell recipient data or combine customer lists between merchants.

If email is not available to you, write to privacy@directsnail.com from any device you can access. Never include payment information, account passwords, or government identification.
